the internet is the place to express yourself like for instance ina blog lets say u went to dinner at a restaurent and if dont like the food you have the right to say what u think about the food but than u dont have the right to say dont go to that restaurent cause other people might have different kinds of taste. my teacher was like teaching a cyber wellness class and he kept on staring at me what the hell!!! any way this post is just a piece of my mind so no need to trash me or anything k bye!!!:)

hi!!!!!!! today i went abselling!!!! at first i was like really scared but then it turned out really fun!!!!! first i went up to the third floor then... i had to wear the disgusting glove!!! that everybody used it was sweaty and disgusting!!!!! than after the teacher had put all the harnesses,she said hold on to the rope i held on really tight!!! cos i thought i was like going to die la haha!!!insturcter said" tricia if u hold so thight how are u going to move??" oh ya!! and i started laughing in mid air with with my butt in the air people must be thinking wah!! shit that girl must be kuku!!! haha!! so anyway thats how i overcame my fear then.....i was so happy alot of ppl down below on the ground floor were cheering 4 me !!! yay!! oh ya teacher said i was good i was so damn proud!!!!ok than the kayaking was horrible!! we (celine,vicki,me)were in our kayak when suddenly it started to sway like hell ok we nearly capsized but luckily we didnt haha!!!! we banged into about 3 kayaks on our way la!!! any way now my arms hurt and im darker cause of the hot hot hot sun wah!!! i thaught i would die of heat stroke some more long sleeve !!! any way its worth it !! bye!!!:D
